Charlie graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, he worked with the Immigration and Human Rights division of Greater Boston Legal Services. He also interned as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, the international non-profit Root Capital, Inc., and a small litigation firm. He speaks Spanish, grew up in Nicaragua and Honduras, and continues to have a home in Nicaragua. Outside the office, Charlie enjoys playing tennis, hiking in the mountains, and visiting with friends and family. Charlie is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Therefore, his practice is strictly limited to federal immigration matters.
